2. About Our Services

Innovaria Tech provides technology-enabled support for healthcare practices, including medical billing, medical coding, insurance credentialing, provider enrollment, and revenue cycle management. The exact scope of Services provided to a Client depends on the engagement, proposal, or service agreement signed between Innovaria Tech and the Client. • Provide accurate, current, and complete information needed to perform the Services, including provider credentials, payer information, and patient account data.
  • Review claims, statements, and reports we prepare on your behalf and flag errors promptly.
  • Maintain any licenses, enrollments, and payer contracts required for your practice to operate.
  • Comply with all applicable healthcare, billing, and data privacy laws.

Providing medical billing, coding, and credentialing services may require Innovaria Tech to access Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Where applicable, Innovaria Tech and the Client will execute a separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA) governing the use, storage, and protection of PHI. These Terms do not replace or override the terms of any signed BAA or service agreement.

7. Fees, Billing, and Payment

Fees for the Services are set out in the applicable service agreement or proposal. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within the payment period specified in that agreement.
